The Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda
Activities: City tour and dinner cruise
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 8:00 am, our guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel for a visit to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, two remarkable structures in the capital known for their stunning Khmer architecture. Built in 1866 by the French, the Royal Palace is the residence of the current King Sihamoni. Adjacent to it, the Silver Pagoda boasts a floor adorned with 5,329 solid silver tiles, housing precious gold and jeweled Buddha statues, including the prized 17th-century baccarat crystal Buddha. Within the compound, you'll also find significant buildings like Wat Preah Keo Morokat and King Ang Doung Stupa.
We will then proceed to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, formerly a high school and later an interrogation prison during the Khmer Rouge era. The museum narrates the tragic stories of innocent Cambodians who suffered torture and death on its grounds. You will walk through the haunting corridors and classrooms, witnessing photographs and torture devices that reveal the cruel methods of control imposed by the Khmer Rouge.
Afterward, we will visit the Central Market, a landmark art deco building known as Psar Thmei or the Central Market. Here, you can explore a variety of foods, snacks, fruits, and drinks at the food hall for lunch. Following lunch, we will head to the National Museum, home to Khmer art and sculptures from various periods of Cambodian history.
At 4:30 pm, we will visit Wat Unalom, a Buddhist Monastery serving as the headquarters for one of Cambodia’s revered Buddhist patriarchs. Then, we'll continue to Wat Phnom, the central point of Phnom Penh, offering scenic views from its 27-meter height. To end the day on a tranquil note, we'll enjoy a boat ride along the Mekong River to witness the sunset, followed by a picnic dinner on board with drinks and a glass of red wine. Finally, we will return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Ta Keo
Activities: Cycling 55km and boat ride
Breakfast at the hotel.
Begin with a short transfer to Sáng, a local market 25km south of Phnom Penh. Cycle from the lively market and watch the busy trade that is part of everyday life. Keep cycling over dikes, across scenic countryside (via Svay Kham, Wat Cha, and Prey Kambass), by pagodas and traditional houses. Stop a few times on the way to visit the local families and have snack breaks. Have lunch at the local restaurant when you get to Angkor Borei, then we see the Angkor Borei Museum and Prasat Phnom Da temple. Located atop the mountain, Prasat Phnom Da is one of the most significant temples in the region. It is an ancient temple dating to the Funan era of the 1st to 6th century. I believe it is also the largest temple of this type. It stands alone atop the mountain and can easily be seen from afar if it was not shielded by trees.
Take the speedboat ride to Ta Keo for about 50 minutes, on arrival check in at the hotel and relax.
In the late afternoon, the guide and driver will take you for a drive around the small town of Ta Keo and a dinner at the local restaurant.

Cycling
Activities: Cycling 60km
We will kick off our cycling adventure from the hotel and pedal through the bustling main market of Krong Doun Keo before making our way onto the village roads leading to Kampong Trach. Our goal for today is to cover a distance of 60-70km. The route will take us through picturesque back roads, passing by charming small villages. Some sections of the road are paved, while others are covered in red dirt. Along the way, we will also cycle alongside the Cambodia Railway, with planned stops in the villages for snacks and breaks every 23 to 30km of cycling.
Upon reaching Kampong Trach Cave, we will park our bikes and spend around 30 minutes exploring this ancient cave nestled within the original mountain. The area is renowned for its striking limestone caves and tubes that have been naturally carved into the nearby mountain. A particularly captivating feature is a large cave with a collapsed roof, creating a secluded jungle within the mountain.
After the cycling adventure, we will be transferred to the crab market in Kep by a support vehicle and indulge in a delightful lunch at a local restaurant. Following that, we will check in at the hotel and have some free time to unwind.
In the late afternoon, we will take a leisurely drive around Kep City, followed by a relaxing stroll along the beach before heading to a local restaurant for dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we will take a day trip Scuba Diving at the particular diving sites.
While there are some larger species to be found around Koh Rong Sanleom, the beauty of diving in this area is the colorful macro you can enjoy. There are seahorses and nudibranchs as well as shrimp and crustaceans. But you will also be delighted by the rainbow of parrotfish and boxfish, cuttlefish, and yellow goatfish. Some of the larger animals you may spot include the odd turtles gliding by and stunning blue-ribbon tail rays. The coral gardens are a riot of color and triggerfish and barracuda provide another point of interest, while you could even spot stingrays and leopard sharks.
Join us for a dive or snorkel in one of the last untouched places on Earth. Our full-day trips leave at 10.00 am from our diving center on Koh Rong sanloem island Saracen Bay and travel around 40mins to Koh Kon, Koh Rong Samloem to show you the best visibility and dive sites in this area. For the trip, you should pack everything you would need for a day on a remote beach. In particular, we recommend: sunscreen, a hat, a swimsuit, a towel, and a book. Everything else you need is included in the trip.
You can enjoy water, soft drinks, coffee, and fruit on board throughout the day during the trip. Once at the islands, divers will do their first dive (we aim for at least 50 or 60min dives, no 40 min diving here!) and the snorkelers can get in and explore the underwater world. Unless otherwise requested, all dives will take place at different dive sites.
During the long surface interval, we will have lunch and there’s time for relaxing, maybe taking a walk on the beach, swimming, or jumping off the boat – the choice is yours. After the second dive, we will return to our office on Koh Rong Sanloem Saracen Bay, hoping to arrive back around 4 pm. The remainder of the day, have fun swimming and relaxing on the resort beaches.
