Itinerary

Elephant watching day at the Mondulkiri Project, which has been protecting a forested valley from logging, provides a sanctuary for our rescued elephants and creates jobs for the indigenous Bunong People living in the area.

08.00 pick you up from the hotel in Senmonorom by our driver and transfer to The Mondulkiri Project Office and drive to the trek point. We start trekking from the hilltop through the jungle to the elephant camp, watching and feeding the elephants, and also walking with them in the jungle camp.

We enjoy a tasty meal at the site, and relax at the campsite (in the hammock). Later, we resume our trek with the elephants through the forest to the waterfall, where we have a fun splash with the elephants and clean them. We bid farewell to the elephants and head back to our campsite, where we have dinner and spend the night.
